• Live bands or performances can be accommodated with prior approval. Please let our staff know before booking so we can ensure it’s possible, and help us be considerate of our neighbors.

• Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.

• No Large Parties or excessively loud music

• No shoes are allowed on backdrops or white cyclorama beside models. You must either take your shoes off or put the shoe covers on.

• Pets can allowed on the premises with prior approval.

• Glitters is not permitted on the premises.

• Food and drinks are allowed on the premises. However, any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.

• No more than 60 people are allowed in the studio at any given time.

• The use of fog or haze machines is not permitted

• Please do not remove wall photos unless discussed with the staff prior.

• When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people picking it up.

• Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.

• Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.

• Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.

• Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

Please note that all start and end times include setup and break down time. Any late check-outs will be charged a full additional hour! Early arrivals (often production, hair or makeup artists) will max be let in 5 minutes early. We schedule our employees and cleaning times to accommodate only the hours your booking is scheduled for.

Please note that the studio is not fully wheelchair accessible, as there is a stair at the outdoor entrance. Once inside the building, an elevator is available to reach the studio.

Convenient parking options are available on De Gaspé and Casgrain Avenues, with metered street parking offered throughout the area. Hours and rates vary by zone and are typically enforced during daytime hours.

In addition, several private paid parking facilities are located nearby, including De Gaspé Parking (5445 De Gaspé Avenue) and parking options in the Parc De Gaspé area (6655 De Gaspé Avenue). We recommend checking posted signage to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Sawa House is not responsible for booted or towed vehicles. Please read all signs before leaving your car.

Please enter the building through the front door. This entrance is open during the day until 6:00 PM and is closed after 6:00 PM and on weekends. If the front entrance is closed, please enter through the back of the building using a magnetic card located in a lockbox. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you all necessary information and access codes.

There are 8 different outlets in the space and one circuit breaker.

There are security a camera in the non-private areas of the space. By agreeing to this booking you also acknowledge our surveillance camera will be recording (including sound) during your entire booking time. This footage will never be used unless an issue occurs during booking. This is for everyone's protection.

There is full privacy with no cameras in the closed area and restroom.

Members may cancel their booking until 2 days before the event start time. Booking cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the event start time will be deductible from the monthly membership.

• Members are welcome to use all included studio equipment plus add-on equipment such as lighting and colored backdrops. We just ask that you let your studio host know precisely what equipment you will need for your studio rental prior to your start time.

• Members can have up to 8 guests in the studio during their booking. Please inform the studio host of additional guests, as additional guests are subject to a charge and host approval.

• All unused hours will expire at the end of the month. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.

• Studio membership hours are non-transferable.
